Hatha Yoga

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

A deeply restorative practice that guides you into a conscious state between waking and sleeping. Ideal for stress release, emotional healing, and nervous system reset, Yoga Nidra is the ultimate tool for deep rest and clarity.

Somatic Yoga

This gentle, body-focused style prioritizes slow, mindful movement to release chronic tension, increase awareness, and foster emotional balance. Somatic Yoga is a powerful complement to trauma-informed healing and nervous system regulation.

Restorative Yoga

A nurturing, slow-paced practice using props to support the body in restful postures. This style is ideal for relaxation, recovery, and cultivating inner stillness. Especially supportive during times of fatigue or transition.

Flow & Fusion Styles (Seasonal & Guest-Based)

Throughout the year, we host guest instructors offering styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, and Ecstatic Movement to infuse your practice with variety, depth, and inspiration.
