We are based in the peaceful countryside of Fujairah, UAE, nestled between mountains and farmland. The natural setting plays a vital role in the healing journey. After booking, we’ll send a welcome email with detailed directions and travel tips.
We offer both scheduled themed retreats (like Stillness & Sound, Rewild & Reconnect, or Inner Child Healing) and custom private retreats for individuals, couples, or small groups. You can also book day retreats, healing sessions, or wellness classes independently.
Not at all! All levels are welcome—from curious beginners to lifelong practitioners. Our facilitators gently guide you with care, making each experience accessible and supportive.

Yes, every retreat includes farm-to-table meals made with love. We use organic ingredients from our grow towers and goat dairy. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options are available with advance notice.

Meditation
Not at all! Our sessions are beginner-friendly and guided with care. Whether you're new to meditation or have practiced for years, you'll feel supported every step of the way.
Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. We provide cushions, mats, and everything else you might need. If you prefer your own blanket or journal, feel free to bring them too.
Both! We host sessions in our peaceful indoor studio and also under the open sky—in gardens, by the moon circle, or along mountain paths. Nature is a big part of the experience.
Sessions generally last between 45 to 75 minutes, depending on the type and theme. Private and special group sessions can be customized to your needs.

Guest Workshops
Not at all. Most workshops are open to all levels and designed to be welcoming whether you're new to healing, art, or personal development—or deep on your journey.
Guest workshops are usually 2–4 hour or 1-day experiences led by visiting facilitators. Retreats are multi-day immersive programs that include a wider range of activities, accommodations, and meals.

Equine & Animal Therapy
