Welcome to Blue Oasis Life! We’re excited to support you on your journey to wellness, growth, and meaningful connection. Before you explore our offerings—whether on-site at our Fujairah location or through our digital wellness platform—please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, participants, and users of our website, services, facilities, programs, and content.
1. Who We Are
Blue Oasis Life (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a wellness retreat and digital platform offering holistic experiences including yoga, mindfulness, alternative therapies, farm-to-table dining, animal-assisted therapy, and educational content.
These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions with Blue Oasis Life, both in-person and online.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, booking a session or retreat, purchasing a product, or participating in our programs (physically or digitally), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not continue with the booking or use our platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in our services. If you are under 18, your booking or participation must be made and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Bookings & Payments
Retreats and Wellness Programs
- Reservations must be made through our website, app (if available), or via an approved Blue Oasis representative.
- Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount due will be specified during the booking process.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other available methods on our website.
- Group bookings and corporate retreats may require separate contracts and custom terms.
Drop-in Wellness Sessions
- Sessions such as yoga classes, therapy appointments, and workshops may be booked individually.
- All sessions must be prepaid to confirm your slot.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is finalized.
Online Services
- For digital memberships or course purchases, fees are billed as one-time or recurring payments, depending on your subscription plan.
- Blue Oasis reserves the right to modify pricing, offerings, or access conditions at any time.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Please review the appropriate policy below:
Retreat Cancellations
- 30+ days before retreat start: Full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
- 15–29 days before start: 50% refund.
- 14 days or fewer: No refund.
- Retreats are non-transferable unless approved by Blue Oasis Retreat in writing.
Wellness Sessions (Yoga, Therapy, etc.)
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
Online Programs
- Refunds for digital programs are only issued in cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or if you are unable to access purchased content due to a system fault.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.
6. Health, Safety & Participation Disclaimer
At Blue Oasis LIfe, your safety and well-being are our highest priority. That said, participation in wellness activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
You agree to:
- Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new wellness or fitness regimen.
- Disclose any physical or mental health conditions that may impact your participation.
- Stop any activity that causes you discomfort and notify a facilitator immediately.
- Follow all safety instructions and health guidelines shared by our staff.
Blue Oasis Life is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or health issues arising from participation in retreats, therapies, or consumption of products.
7. Animal-Assisted Therapy & Farm Interaction
We offer healing programs that involve contact with animals, including goats and horses. Participation in these activities requires mutual respect between guests, animals, and nature.
By participating, you agree to:
- Follow all safety rules and handler instructions.
- Not engage in behavior that may startle, harm, or provoke animals.
- Supervise children closely at all times.
- Disclose allergies or discomfort in advance.
Blue Oasis Life is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from improper interaction with animals.
8. Guest Behavior & Conduct
We aim to foster a sacred, inclusive, and nurturing environment. As such, we ask that you:
- Treat fellow guests, staff, animals, and the land with respect and kindness.
- Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
- Honor confidentiality and the privacy of others.
- Refrain from using alcohol, illegal substances, or engaging in unsafe conduct during your stay.
We reserve the right to deny service or ask a participant to leave the retreat or online community for any breach of conduct, with no refund issued.
9. Use of Facilities & Property
You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of retreat spaces, rooms, and shared facilities.
- Damages to property may result in additional charges.
- Outdoor areas, farms, and therapy spaces must be used respectfully.
- Unauthorized use of equipment or restricted areas is not permitted.
10. Online Platform Use
Our digital wellness platform provides access to classes, workshops, and a supportive virtual community.
By using our online services, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Reproduce, record, or distribute class content without permission.
- Harass or misuse community forums or social spaces.
- Use our content for commercial or resale purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content shared by Blue Oasis Life—including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, images, audio, course content, and branded materials—is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.
- Claim ownership of any materials.
- Use our logo, name, or brand for commercial purposes without permission.
12. Product Sales (Onsite & Online)
Our retail products include yoga gear, holistic goods, apparel, farm produce, and wellness tools.
- All purchases are subject to availability.
- Perishable or opened goods are non-returnable.
- Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
13. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store data only for the purposes of delivering our services. We never sell your information to third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Oasis Life is not liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage during participation.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Illness or adverse reactions to food, treatments, or therapies.
- Unforeseen cancellations, weather disruptions, or force majeure events.
We encourage all participants to carry travel insurance when attending in-person retreats.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new policies, services, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
